Our IT team works closely together to manage tasks and stay aligned. We support each other by sharing knowledge, jumping in to help with difficult problems, and maintaining open communication. There's also a strong team spirit—we share laughs, celebrate small wins, and keep the atmosphere fun and positive, even during busy times.

As a new joiner, I’ve been impressed by how friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable the team is. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’re constantly challenged to grow, yet remain fully supported every step of the way.

Being part of the Windsor Brokers family since 2006 has been an incredible journey. A moment that stands out for me was witnessing the company’s resilience and integrity during challenging global financial times. While many institutions faltered, Windsor Brokers stayed committed to transparency, client protection, and high ethical standards. That reinforced my belief that I am not just working for a broker, but for a company that cares about its people and clients. 

I first joined the company 25 years ago and was fortunate enough to work alongside experienced professionals who not only helped me expand my technical knowledge but also instilled in me the importance of discipline, risk management, and client service. Through consistent effort and a strong commitment to excellence, I was appointed Dealing Director. In this role, I’ve had the privilege of leading a talented team and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

One of the main things that motivates me to stay with the company is the emphasis on the human aspect. When a workplace recognizes employees' unique stories, supports mental health, encourages work-life balance, it creates an empowering environment. Knowing I can bring my full self to work—without fear of judgment or dismissal—is a major motivator to stay and contribute to the best of my ability.

When I first joined the company, I started as a Junior Software Developer. Curiosity combined with my analytical mindset and eagerness to work cross-functionally, motivated me to transition into a Data Analyst role. What made this transition possible was the support I received from the company, especially from my manager, Panos Barlas. He didn’t just offer technical support, he gave me space to grow, challenged me with real responsibility, and treated my curiosity as a strength rather than a distraction.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Windsor Brokers is the way teamwork thrives in a truly multicultural environment. There is a deep culture of respect; everyone's voice is valued, and collaboration is built on trust and inclusivity. It is hard to believe that 15 years have passed since I started at Windsor Brokers. Despite my studies not being related to the sector, I was hired for a position in Backoffice, as my manager saw potential in me. Coming in with no experience in the industry to now having knowledge of a wide variety of operations in a brokerage is a testament to the company and its management’s dedication to supporting employees every step of the way.
